Created by WACommerce & Government Contractors Association, the Coaching Program for Beginners (CPB) is a (3) three-month program designed to help small businesses prepare their companies to bid on government contracts and/or understand why they are not winning government contracts. We can help identify insufficient areas in your business profile & operations. Through this program, you'll get online coaching sessions, training videos, step-by-step tutorials to equip you in winning contracts, and guidance on how to navigate the contracting industry. No more than ten companies will be selected for each program cycle.
2) WHAT DOES THE PROGRAM ENTAIL?
One-on-one "Kick-off" session
Review of your current contracting status and your goals in the program
(3) months Group Mentor Coaching Program
Weekly training sessions. These sessions are web meetings and conference calls designed to prepare your company for winning contracts.
