The Concept of WACommerce was the vision of both Kenn & Gary as they watched large contracts in the local area awarded to "Out of State" companies and many of their colleagues were either not aware the contract existed or were unaware of how to bid on government contracts...

Co-founders Kenn & Gary decided to attack the issue and help business owners from two perspectives (1) with nearly every government contract awarded there are subcontracts, and/or supplying products or services opportunities. (2) Helping businesses identify as many opportunities as possible from one central location and supporting businesses with education, software solutions and coaching to help secure more contracts for local & regional businesses.


Kenneth Rivers

Founder & CEO

Kenn Rivers has worked for the Government for over 28 years in various roles. Kenn is a business professional with senior level experience in Business Development, Project Management and Marketing Intelligence. Kenn is a Contract Specialist, Certified Professional in Business Intelligence, Lean Six Sigma and was an Operations Manager in the U.S. Army. He has over 12 years experience in marketing and business development and a degree in Business Management.


James Beletz

GSA Schedule Specialist

James Beletz recently came to WACommerce from a position as a small business contractor & advisor for the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) where he supervised the Contract Support Analyst Unit. The Unit he supervised supported GSA Advantage, the online shopping and ordering service created to provide a streamlined, efficient purchasing portal for federal agencies to acquire goods and services needed. As part of his many responsibilities, he assisted customers in navigating through the system of government requirements including compliance with FAR, DFAR, GSA, SAM, DUNS and other reporting and contract requirements.

TaNeashia Sudds is a career operations management specialist with a project management, maintain organizational structure, reports creation and maintenance, internal and external communications, and team building emphasis. Additional focus areas include event management, training, business technology infrastructure, and standardizing company language and client messaging. She's also experienced in securing non-profit sustainability grants and government contracts as well as non-profit fundraising. Her industry expertise are in virtual business management, education, healthcare, sustainability and non-profit management.
