GSA Schedule Proposal Writing Workshop™

Course Objective

Students will work to develop a "real-live" GSA Schedule Proposal for their company. The development will be accomplished in three phases - in class work, out of class assignments and instructor reviews and comments.
(The instructor cannot make any guarantee that the Government will actually issue a contract to the student's company, and the company is not required to actually submit the proposal, but all the necessary instruction will be provided to submit a successful technical proposal.)

Course Schedule

The Workshop is scheduled for two days; from 9am - 4pm on both dates. Subsequent class dates will be scheduled based on interest. The class size has been limited to 15 people and registration is appropriate for the person in the company who is responsible for preparing the Company's GSA Schedule. Attendance at all sessions is a must for successful application.

Up to fifteen companies will be selected for the program cycle. By keeping the program small, we cultivate an interactive environment that fosters growth and success. You'll have the benefit of live instructions from the business coach and also group interactions from each other.

**Attendance/Refunds/Cancellation**

Registrants are expected to attend all 2 workshop sessions and complete all homework assignments in order to produce a proposal which can be submitted to the General Services Administration. Registration cancellations will only be accepted if notified 14 days prior to the event. In which case a make-up-date will be reschedule for a future session.

Instructional Materials

For each session, students will receive a copy of the presentation slides and all related handouts via a download link or thumb drive downloaded to their individual laptop computer on the first day of the workshop.

Coaching: One-on-One Coaching is a big part of the workshop activity. Each student will schedule one or more individual sessions with the instructor to discuss material that they have developed. This meeting is confidential and will address specific concerns like pricing strategy; Economic Price Adjustment; document preparation; submission instructions; and any other item of concern for the respective business.

Each company will have the opportunity to have their documents reviewed by the instructor before the end of the course. Companies whose proposal is accepted by the Government and a contract is awarded will be recognized as a "success story" on the The GSA Schedule Proposal Writing Website and featured on WACommerce.
